Q: If I can`t find the perfect collar or leash for my pet on your site, do you ever do any custom orders?

Absolutely! Here at Cordelia Classics we`re always looking for fresh ideas and encourage creativity. If you have an idea for a collar or leash or would like to make a modification to one of our current styles, feel free to email Sales@CordeliaClassics.com. We`ll work with you to come up with just the right style!

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.

Q: When will my order arrive?

Most products will be shipped within 48 hours of a cleared payment. Dog harnesses or any customized items will ship within 1 week. We ship eveything US Priority Mail which offers a 2-3 day delivery time anywhere in the US.

Q: What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our number one priority! If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of your products, please email Sales@CordeliaClassics.com and we will arrange for a prompt return or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on personalized items.
